As a loss control consultant, Robert specializes in loss control and safety,
training, and customer service.

Experience:

With 30+ years of experience, Robert performs consultation and evaluation of hazards and controls and performs walkthroughs of worksites. He also interprets and applies regulatory requirements to develop site-specific safety programs/plans to include emergency actions, response, evacuation, and security plans with the overall goal to ensure occupational health is not compromised and work is being accomplished safely.

Prior to Lawley, Robert held several roles in the construction/HVAC industry including a mechanical supervisor for a contractor that worked for NYS Office of General Services. Robert worked as foreman, project manager, and salesman, installation coordinator,
a trainer, project manager, assistant safety manager, and safety & training coordinator for various divisions.

Accreditations:

Robert is authorized in OSHA 30 hour – Construction and is Adult First Aid/CPR/AED certified.

Education:

Robert earned an Ornamental Horticulture Certificate from Niagara County Community College.

Community and Pro Bono:

Robert is involved in his community through Alden American Legion Post
and the Town of Alden Planning Board.
