Experience:

Shelly has been in insurance for 10 years with her primary background in personal insurance, with a few years spent in small market business insurance. She also has experience in auto claims working for Progressive.  Shelly ran a small personal insurance agency for 8 years before working at Progressive as an auto claim specialist. When her small agency sold, she opted to go back to the agency side to see her customers through the transition. Shelly was moved to small market business insurance shortly after onboarding with the new agency. After 2 years, Shelly made the choice to come to Lawley to return to personal insurance, where she feels the most at home and knowledgeable.
