As a partner, Stuart is responsible for management, sales, and operations.

Experience:

With 30+ years of experience, Stuart focuses on real estate, development, construction, manufacturing, and personal insurance.

Prior to joining Lawley, Stuart was the president and owner of Scheff Insurance Agency, Inc.

Accreditations:

He holds a NYS Property and Casualty Brokers License and a NYS Life, Accident, and Health License.

Education:

Stuart earned a bachelor’s degree from Ithaca College and attended the Center for Entrepreneurial Leadership at the University at Buffalo.

Community and Pro Bono:

Stuart created “Chip in for Carly’s Club”, an annual golf marathon that raised more than $1,000,000 from its inception in 2005. The proceeds benefit childhood cancer research at Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center. He also was a former board member of Leadership Buffalo and has served on many local boards and charities.
