Prior to Lawley, Theresa held several roles in the business insurance industry including account manager, account technician, account processor, and auto claims adjuster. Throughout her career, she developed expertise in various areas of the industry, including construction, high-tech manufacturing, recreation, nonprofits, and claims management.
