Tim Toole Director of Surety

About:

As director of surety, Tim specializes in construction insurance,
construction bonds, and surety bonds financial analysis.

Experience:

With 25+ of experience, Tim leads Lawley’s surety bond team and serves as resource across Lawley’s footprint. Tim works with businesses in various industries to determine surety bonding needs and specializes in contract surety for construction contractors. He develops strategies and provides recommendations to best meet client’s needs. Tim has been with Lawley for 10+ years and previously held the role of surety bond manager.

Prior to Lawley, Tim was a branch manager and held several roles at top surety companies
and was a commercial loan underwriter at a top 50 commercial bank.

Tim holds a NYS Property & Casualty License.

Tim belongs to the National Association of Surety Bond Producers (NASBP).

Education:

Tim earned a bachelors degree from New England College.

Community and Pro Bono:

Tim serves as a board member of the Construction Financial Management Association (CFMA) Niagara Frontier chapter, the Western New York Chapter of the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation, the Sub Contractors Association of Western New York, and is an committee member for The Construction Exchange of Buffalo & WNY. Tim is also the past-president of the Syracuse Surety Association and coaches several youth sports.
