As a Employee Benefits Client Relationship Manager, Tracy manages service and strategic initiatives for our key large clients. She oversees the annual renewal process including plan analysis, benefits marketing, financial analyses, plan implementation, and open enrollment support and employee education. Tracy takes great pride in developing strong working relationships, and has a deep understanding of underwriting guidelines, consumer driven health plans, Medicare, and COBRA laws.

She possesses expertise in consumer driven health care, funding arrangements, open enrollment and plan education with strong presentation skills.

Experience:

Tracy’s career in the health insurance and benefits industry began in 1997. Prior to joining Lawley, Tracy was responsible for the growth, implementation and account management of Flexible Spending Accounts and Health Reimbursement Arrangements as a Benefit Consultant for Independent Health.

Accreditations:

Tracy earned her New York State Life, Accident & Health license and holds a Group Benefits Disability Specialist (GBDS) designation.

Education:

Associates Degree in Nursing- Niagara Community College
