Tyler Molina Data Analyst / SalesForce Administrator

About:

Tyler supports current business applications and has a working knowledge of critical software including Epic, Erlon, Qlikview & Salesforce etc. as well as any integration within those systems. He understands each position in the agency and the management system or software used to support the position, and supports maintenance upgrades by reviewing release notes and implementing changes within the systems of record.

Experience:

Tyler started at Lawley in 2012 as an intern while attending Canisius College. He started full-time in June 2013 after graduating and has held a few different positions (Risk Management & Claims Assistant, Captives – Assistant Account Manager) before taking the role as a Systems Support Specialist in 2017. Tyler currently holds the role of Data Analyst / SalesForce Administrator.
