Vicki is the Business Insurance Department Team Leader for the Rochester Branch and a Senior Account Manager. Vicki leads and motivates all members of the team to bring about the greatest value to our clients. She is dedicated to developing relationships with each client and focuses on maintaining established timelines to ensure exceptional service.

Experience:

Vicki started in the insurance industry in 1987 and joined Andolina Insurance Agency in 1992 as a commercial lines account manager. In 1999 Vicki joined Lawley with the merger of Andolina Insurance Agency as a commercial lines senior account manager and team leader.
