Lawley is in search of a Spanish Speaking Receptionist for their Dunkirk, NY office! This position will support the office in an administrative capacity, including answering the phones, taking payments, assisting clients at the front desk, and working on admin projects for different teams in the office. This person will be looked to as a translator to assist our Spanish Speaking clients in the Dunkirk office, therefore we are in search of a candidate who is fluent in Spanish. The ideal candidate has at least one year in an administrative support role, is open to learning the world of insurance, and has strong computer skills. This position offers a base salary, and a merit review annually, generous PTO and holiday time, as well as a regular 8:00am to 4:30pm schedule. • Greet clients and guests in our reception area and direct them to the appropriate location
• Provide administrative support including scanning, downloading insurance information from websites, routing faxes, processing of incoming and outgoing mail, coordinate lunch deliveries and assist with events
• Responsible for multi-line incoming calls
• Maintain a smooth flow of information with internal and external customers, carriers, managers and staff
Other functions of the job:
• Expand and grow in your role when supporting miscellaneous duties as requested
• Minimum of one-year experience in an administrative support or related position
• Associates’ Degree preferred
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook
• Experience navigating windows-based software
• Incredible attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work well independently and on a team
• Positive attitude, even in a fast-paced environment
• A passion to make customers and coworkers feel important and valued
• Capability to work quickly and efficiently

The compensation range for this position takes many factors into consideration including but not limited to: years of experience/training, skill set, and licenses/designations. It is not typical for an individual to be hired near the top of the range for a position as circumstances and location can vary in every hiring situation. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $33,000 to $55,000.
