Having been named the insurance category Company of the Year by Buffalo Business First, Lawley has had an exciting 2015 with expansion both from new business, renovating our headquarters in downtown Buffalo adding associates at each of our branch locations across New York, New Jersey and Connecticut and celebrating our 60th anniversary.

One of only ten Buffalo-based companies being recognized including several clients, our team is honored to be highlighted and proud of the work we do in each of the communities we serve.

One of our principals, Bill Lawley Jr., discussed why 2015 was a great year for Lawley and what we are excited about in 2016, looking forward to growing practice groups in healthcare, nonprofits and automotive along with recruiting even more top talent. Bill concluded his interview discussing the future, and the structure of staying independent for 60 years.

“We pride ourselves on being independent. One of the reasons we’ve stayed independent is because of the success we’ve had. We’ve had sustainable growth each and every year and we continue to invest in people,” said Lawley. “If we keep doing that, who knows? We might be able to go to the fourth generation.”
