Lawley is proud to announce the addition of Michael Reynolds to the Lawley Employee Benefits team as an employee benefits consultant based out of Lawley’s New Jersey office in Florham Park and serving NY, NJ, and CT areas.

As an employee benefits consultant, Reynolds will partner with executives and business leaders to provide strategic and comprehensive group employee benefit strategies that align with their organization’s goals and initiatives. He will be responsible for all aspects of the business relationship which plays a vital role in the development of customized solutions to continue to meet the clients’ employee benefit needs.

Reynolds joined Lawley in June 2022 with over 10 years of employee benefits and HR consulting experience. Prior to entering the insurance industry, Michael owned and operated a finance and mortgage company in New Jersey.

Reynolds holds his Bachelor’s of Science degree from York College of Pennsylvania. He also maintains his New Jersey Insurance Producer — Accident & Health license. In the community, Reynolds serves as the President of the Board of Trustees for Child & Family Resources.
