Downing will be based out of Lawley’s Darien, CT office and will provide insurance products and services to clients throughout Fairfield and Westchester Counties. Before joining Lawley in 2018, Nick worked with The Russell Agency in Fairfield, CT.

Downing will focus on developing new client relationships and providing insurance solutions to both personal and business insurance accounts. “We are thrilled to have a professional with Nick’s experience and background join our Lawley team” stated Dan Mahoney, Branch Partner in Darien.

Downing has been actively involved in Bennett Cancer Center’s “Hope in Motion” for 7 years. He was a coach for the Southern Connecticut Storm Special Hockey team for kids with special needs, as well as a coach for Fairfield Prep’s JV hockey team. He was also a volunteer firefighter for the New Canaan Fire Department.
