Lawley was recognized in the annual Best Places to Work awards based on employee surveys.

Lawley would like to congratulate their peers, partners, and clients also nominated by Buffalo Business First. 72 companies were honored as a Best Place to Work in Buffalo for 2019.

Buffalo Business First’s ranking is conducted in partnership with Quantum Workplace, an independent workplace survey and employee feedback company, to determine the Best Places to Work in Western New York. As part of the process, employees were asked to complete a confidential survey about their workplace, and companies were only considered for the ranking if 85 percent or more of their employees provided feedback. Employees surveyed for Lawley would have included those who work in the WNY branches such as Amherst, Batavia, Buffalo, Dunkirk & Jamestown.
